![]() Following this article (v=exchg.160).aspx we migrated the legacy PFs to 2016 Following this article (v=exchg.150).aspx we enabled legacy PFs on 2010 to be seen from 2016 mailboxes Exchange 20 coexisting -> we migrated all the user mailboxes from 2010 to 2016 The process we went through is the following: This behaviour is often combined with difficulties in seeing the content of PFs or seeing the entire hierarchy (both solved simply reopening Outlook). ![]() This is utterly annoying because many users have multiple PFs to manage and have to keep adding them to favorites over and over again during the day. This is not consistent across all the client, what I mean is that it happens to all the Randomly PFs in Outlook favourites disappear, could be after closing and reopening Outlook, could be keeping it open and just working during the day. Users can see and browse the migrated Public Folders hierarchy, can access their PFs and add them to favourites. ![]() I'm experiencing a weird behaviour on all my Outlook 2013 / Outlook 2016 clients after migrating the organization from Exchange 2010 straight to Exchange 2016.
